SmoothCode Extension: Chrome Extension to Mark Spam Reviews on Shopify App
SmoothCode Extension is a free Chrome extension developed by SmoothCode. This extension aims to address the issue of fake reviews on Shopify apps by providing a community-based tracking system. With the increasing number of fake reviews, it has become difficult to track and identify them accurately.
To use this extension, simply add it to your Chrome browser and authenticate your app/s. Once added, you can navigate to your Shopify app reviews and report any fake reviews that you come across. These fake reviews will then be compiled on a 'loser-board' that will be visible to all app developers.
SmoothCode plans to send a report to Shopify once a week, in the hopes that these reports will be useful in identifying and addressing the issue of fake reviews. With this extension, Shopify app developers can actively participate in the fight against fake reviews and ensure the authenticity of their app ratings.
